Our Motel is the nearest to Brisbane’s Royal Women’s and Children’s Hospitals. Whilst very close to the Brisbane CBD and all it has to offer, we are located in a very quiet, leafy location.

Your twin or triple rooms are all semi self-contained with a standard kitchenette and ensuite bathroom.
Entry to each room can only be made through the front door of the motel (using your own room key), which helps to maintain a secure surrounding.

Approximately 22 rooms is the closest motel accommodation to Royal Brisbane Women’s and Children’s Hospitals we are the only motel to have the hospitals Patient Support Services bus attend the Motel. On request, and when available, the bus will collect and return Oncology and Cancer patients.

Double and single bed provided or one double and one divan (subject to availability). Your twin room is semi self-contained with a standard kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. Basic cooking facilities including microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery.

Getting There	From the South and West If you are coming from the South of Brisbane or the West in through Toowoomba and Ipswich, make sure you come into the city via the South East Freeway. This will take you in past the city along the Riverside Expressway with the Brisbane River on your left. When you are just about past most of the tall buildings, take the right turn lane onto the Inner City Bypass (ICB) and Sunshine Coast. After a kilometre or so, you will see the Hospital and the big “Clive Berghofer Cancer Research Centre” sign coming up on your left. Take the Herston Road off ramp on the left before you get to the tunnel and head left up Herston Road. Take the second right up Wyndham Street and the Herston Place Motel will be straight in front of you at the next corner. From the North Make sure you are heading toward the city down Gympie Road (turns into Lutwyche Road and then Bowen Bridge Road as you get closer to the city). When you get near the city you will see the huge buildings of the Royal Brisbane Hospitals coming up on the right side of the road. As you drive almost past the hospital, turn right at the lights onto Gilchrist and then Herston Road. Take the second right up Wyndham Street and the Herston Place Motel will be straight in front of you at the next corner. Be sure to view the interactive map for more details.
Parking	The car park is located at the rear of the motel and there is ample on-street parking for the convenience of guests and visitors alike.
