Hotel La Reggia Sporting Center is a three star property situated in a restored farmhouse. Guests will find all the latest equipment in an atmosphere that is both warm and intimate. Part of the hotel is dedicated to a relax centre, where people have the possibility to be pampered. With its modern and minimalist style and its close location to Assisi, Perugia and Spoleto, the hotel is the perfect base to discover Umbria. The interiors are modern and well furnished; the unique style of communal areas perfectly merges with the rafter on sight. Ample glass doors and suffused light created by candles make an intimate, warm and pleasant atmosphere both during the day and the evening. Spacious and bright the 27 bedrooms have shower, private bathroom, phone, satellite TV and view on the beautiful Valley of Valnerina. Great comfort and wide open space where guests can relax and feel at home. The hotel offers the possibility to use a wide choice of amenities and treatments: swimming pool, solarium, Finnish shower, sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi, aromatherapy, chromotherapy and massages. By car - From Rome (south-west) Motorway "Autostrada del sole" - exit "Orte": 1. Continue in the direction to "Terni" - take the "Valnerina (Cascate delle Marmore)", the main road SS 209, after that the SS 320 to Cascia. 2. Take the main road "Flaminia" to Spoleto, after that the 4 km long tunnel to the Valnerina. 3. Take the "Via Salaria" up to "Rieti". Continue in the direction of "Leonessa", after that continue to Cascia (140 km). - From Florence (west side) Take the motorway "Autostrada del Sole" - exit "Val di Chiana". Take the junction to Perugia-Assisi-Spoleto-Valnerina. - From Bologna (north-east side) Take the motorway "Autostrada adriatica" up to Civitanova Marche - the clearway to Macerata-Tolentino, at Muccia take the diversion Visso-Valnerina. - From Bari (south-east side) Take the motorway "Autostrada adriatica" up to San Benedetto del Tronto. Take the clearway to Ascoli Piceno - Salaria - the diversion over Norcia (tunnel "Forca Canapine") - Cascia. By bus SSIT Bus Company provides daily connections between Cascia and Rome, Perugia, Spoleto and Santa Maria degli Angeli too. By train Nearest railway station is Spoleto one, connected to Cascia through above described bus lines. By air Cascia is 97 km far from International Airport of Umbria "Sant'Egidio": it's linked to Milano Malpensa airport through 2 daily flights. |

If you enjoy being in touch with nature, Cascia and Valnerina is the place for you, all year round. The mountain tracks, used once upon a time as the seasonal drove lanes, are nowadays in spring and summer used for walking, trekking, mountain bike, nordic walking. We organize trekking with mules, excursions with donkeys and horses while, as well as orienteering, rafting, hydro speed mini raft, canoeing, hang gliding, soft-air and school of survival. During the autumn and winter, the mountain gives you the possibility to cross-country ski and alpine ski, walking with the snow racket and to build an igloo in amazing surroundings. Cascia is an important religious and artistic centre, as well as food and wine. In our restaurant you can eat truffle, saffron, lentil and other typical Umbrian dishes. There are also great possibilities for indoor and outdoor sports. Taylor made program on specific theme are also organized, such as cooking classes, visits to wineries and wine tasting, you can join the workman of cheese and ham, black truffle hunting (during the winter), visits to farms, etc. Team Building in collaboration with Sibylline Adventure can be organized for managers, entrepreneurs, firms, public and private institutes: business training, outdoor training, leadership, team building, self empowerment, incentive, adventure training, problem solving, decision making. |
