Taxi: From the city centre will cost between £10-£15 and from the airport will cost approximately £25. Bus: Very frequent service. Catch the Number 11 bus from either Queen Street, George Street or Lothian Road. £1.20 for a single ticket, £3 for a day ticket. By train: Arrive Edinburgh Waverly Station then either take a taxi, or take the Number 11 bus from George Street. By car: From city by-pass, take A702 at Lothianburn junction to city centre. Take right fork at second set of traffic lights, follow for one mile. |

The hotel is ideally located close to the centre of the city but outside the main hustle and bustle. There are three excellent golf courses within 2 miles and some excellent walking tracks over the Braid Hills with supberb views over the city and beyond. Only 6 miles from Rossyln Chapel and conveniently near the Craig Lockhart campus of Edinburgh Napier University and Edinburgh's Royal Observatory. |
