Without doubt all visitors to Docklands Private Collection of Apartments will experience the best available accommodation in Melbourne. We have a mixture of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments that we rate at 4½, all furnished beautifully with every amenity you would expect and deserve. We also have a Docklands’ first, and that is a range of brand new 1 bedroom Soho apartments perfect for the business traveller and would also suit leisure travellers on weekends. From our office enjoy free Internet, complimentary coffee, Gift shop, Information Centre and book Melbourne and Docklands tours. We offer all of our guests a free private informational tour of Docklands. Please schedule this with Peter or Lyn at check-in. Docklands Private Collection regulates a strict "NO PARTY POLICY". We reserve the right to remove guests who fail to comply with this policy without any refund. - Credit Card and Photo ID BELONGING TO THE RESERVATION HOLDER MUST be presented for authorisation on arrival. Credit Card holder must be present and the registered guest. Docklands Private Collection reserves the right to terminate any reservation & refuse check in which does not meet these criteria without refund. $500 cash bond may be required on arrival. |

Free internet kiosk for all guests to use at both our NewQuay apartments and our Digital Harbour apartments. . Sending & receiving mail & goods . Photocopying . Faxing - receiving & sending . Typing & presentation work . Catering arrangements . You request - we do! Our Soho apartments are located in the Life.lab building at Digital Harbour opposite Etihad Stadium and they provide great 1 bedroom apartments ideal for the corporate traveller. Offering fibre optic technology in each apartment, together with great options for meeting and conference rooms and your own 45m2 adjoining office all available at great rates for those wanting to work out of home whilst in Melbourne. As part of the facilities at Life.lab on the 3rd floor we provide state of the art meeting rooms and presentation facilities. These services need to be booked separately with the management. |

| Getting There |
New Quay is located 25km from Melbourne Airport. Just take the Tullamarine Freeway towards the city, turn off the freeway left at Footscray Road and continue along this road (keep to the right) over Docklands Drive. Footscray Road becomes Harbour Esplanade and our office is 200 metres on your left. Sky Bus direct from the Airport just ask for the free transfer to NewQuay. Tram # 86 along Bourke St and # 30 along Latrobe St together with the Free City Circle all go through to Docklands Drive and terminate in New Quay & Waterfront City. All these trams pass our office 7/198 Harbour Esplanade, which is just near the corner of Latrobe St and Harbour Esplanade. Tram # 48 along Flinders St also takes this route and will do so until Oct 09 when it will change to travel the new extension of Collins Street to Victoria Harbour Docklands. Also at this time the route # 70 will extend along Harbour Esplanade from Bourke St where it presently terminates and continue to New Quay & Waterfront City. |

All of our apartments feature one 24hr access undercover security car parking space available at a fee of $10 per night. Additional parking may be arranged subject to availability. A public carpark is available at $15 per night. |

As guests of Docklands Private Collection we offer you a free 1hr private tour of Docklands with historical information about the various precincts. If you would like one of our tours, please let us know at check-in. Choose from 30 magnificent New Quay and Waterfront City restaurants, bars and cafes are only metres from your apartment, while a short stroll away find Harbour Town, Southern Cross DFO, Etihad Stadium, Melbourne Aquarium, Crown Casino & Entertainment Centre, Exhibition Centre and Queen Victoria Market. Take a tram for a very short trip to the MCG, Australia’s largest and best known sporting ground combined with the Australian Sports Museum. Enjoy a live show at one of Melbourne’s beautiful theatres, eat in Lygon St, shop in Bridge Rd. Why not visit wonderful Albert Park, the home of Australian Grand Prix or enjoy a race meeting at Flemington Racecourse home of the Melbourne Cup. Everything in Melbourne is only minutes from the new harbour destination and development known simply as ‘Docklands'. |
