Tinaroo Lakes Resort is located on the peninsula surrounded by Lake Tinaroo. All apartments have magnificent views over Lake Tinaroo. The resort is 4½ self rated and is simply the best accommodation available of the Atherton Tablelands. Tinaroo Lake Resort has both two bedroom and three bathroom apartments. All apartments are self-contained with full kitchen and laundry facilities. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedrooms contain two king single beds. Alternative bedding configurations can be arranged on request. Each apartment also has a sofa bed in the living area if extra bedding is required. All apartments are finished to the highest standard with marble tiled bathrooms, granite benches and red cedar cabinet work. Some apartments have been especially fitted with full disabled facilities. |

Lake Tinaroo is on the Atherton Tablelands (Cairns Highlands) about 1½hrs drive from Cairns in Tropical North Queensland. Access to the Tablelands is via the Kuranda Range just North of Cairns. |

| Things To Do |
Lake Tinaroo is a haven for water skiers, sailors, fisherman and wildlife watchers. With no crocodiles, sharks or stingers, Lake Tinaroo is safe for all water sports all year round. The lake is stocked with sport fish including the prized Barramundi. The world record Barramundi was caught in Lake Tinaroo and those in the know say that even bigger Barra are in the lake. |
