If the perfect setting is your biggest priority then this is it. Villas have beautiful views across the bay from the living rooms. Each villa has a deck and/or balcony (with barbecue facilities in upstairs section). Set on a quiet swimming beach with beautiful rocky inlets to explore as well.
There are 2 six bedroom villas available.

These villas are versatile enough for one or more families to share, or for several couples to rent together. Note each 6 bedroom villa takes a maximum of 6 adults.
We encourage family groups and therefore are happy to accommodate up to 12 in a 6 bedroom villa if at least 6 are children. We are situated in a quiet residential area so no parties are permitted.

Please note, no pets allowed.
No smoking in the villas.

Bond of $300 for short stays and $500 for a week or more.

Business Facilities

Each villa has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cutlery, cooking utensils, cups, plates, oven, stove top, fridge, freezer etc. Each dining area has a dining table with six dining chairs. The lounge has two two-seater lounges, coffee table and side tables. Each lounge opens onto a deck or patio and looks out onto the beach. Barbecue for each living area. There is a TV, video & DVD player in each villa's living area as well (that's one for the adults and one for the kids). There is also a stereo system in the upstairs living room.

Children & Extra Guests	(Any additional charges are payable direct to the hotel) The rate is for each 6 bedroom villa. Six bedroom villa is for a maximum of 6 adults in group.(Up to 6 children can also stay).
Getting There	Longbeach Beachfront Villas, 60 Bay Road, Longbeach, Batemans Bay. Turn-off is about five minutes north of the Canberra turn-off. Turn off the highway into Cullendulla Drive (sign says Long Beach and Maloney's Beach). This turns into Longbeach Road. Follow this all the way down to the beachfront and turn left into Bay Road. Drive almost to the end of the cul de sac until you find 60 Bay Road. Longbeach Beachfront Villas Booking Conditions Updated January 2004 Please make arrangements for arrival and check in time with Manager prior to arrival day. Call as soon as possible after you have made your booking please. 1. Rent should be paid in full prior to occupancy. A maximum of 6 adults per villa applies. 2. A $300 bond will be required before check in.To be paid by credit card to Robyn Lack and refunded subject to all booking conditions being met. 2. An administration fee of $50 will be charged for cancellations made more than two (2) days preceding your booked arrival date. $50 will be charged in the event of a cancellation within two (2) days preceding your booked arrival date. 2. Deposits taken on cancelled bookings are transferable subject to availability. 3. Occupancy is given from 2.00pm on date of arrival. 4. Premises are to be vacated at 10am on date of departure. Late checkouts can be arranged provided the property is not re-booked. Please arrange this with Robyn on check in. 5. In the event of phone bookings, all information is given in good faith and any discrepancies regarding inclusions or descriptions are unintentional. Please discuss inclusions with Robyn. 6. The villas are located in a quiet suburban street. Please respect the rights of the neighbours for peace and quiet by keeping noise levels down, particularly after 11.00pm. No Parties permitted. 7. Please ensure that cars do not block the driveway at any time as this is shared with neighbours. We ask that only two cars per six bedroom villa actually use the garage and drive. If there are more than two cars per villa they must park in the street. Thank you for your cooperation. 8. The owners reserve the right to evict tenants without compensation, who are reported to the police for illegal activities (including disturbing the peace). 9. Pets are not permitted. 10. No smoking in the villas. 11. As the guest you are responsible to leave the villas in a clean and tidy condition. The kitchen should be clean with all plates, cutlery, etc, clean and put away as you found them. The barbecue must be left clean. Please do not move furniture. Extra cleaning charges may apply if these conditions are not met ($100 minimum excess cleaning charge applies). 12. The villa is fully self-contained excluding linen. Doonas and pillows with covers are provided. 13. Please provide your own sheets, towels, pillowcases, and toiletries (e.g. toilet paper and soap). 14. Garbage. Due to new fines imposed if garbage is not sorted correctly we ask you as the guest to dispose of your rubbish according to council regulations into the correct bins. Thank you.
Parking	There are two car spaces in a double garage per villa. There is room at the front of the villas to park a boat. Small boats can be launched into the water straight off the beach within 200 metres of the villas. Snapper, flathead and bream are just waiting to be caught within the bay area so pack your fishing lines.
Things To Do	Take long walks along the beach. Swim, snorkel, explore the rocks. Stroll around to Maloney's beach (north) along the beach inlets at low tide and find the local shop for an ice cream or fish and chips. Relax, relax, relax. You can watch the children play on the beach from your balcony. The fully equipped kitchen gives you the option to prepare your own meals or you can just order takeaway from town.
