King Parkview Hotel is a star hotel concerning foreign affairs. It is situated at the center of Beijing, facing the well-known May 4th Street and the Red Mansion of Peking University and Forbidden City Wall Relics Park (from which you can take a ten-minute walk and get to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street) in the east, the Imperial Palace Museum in the south, Jingshan Park and Beihai Park in the west, and the Bar Street (also known as Shichahai Street, where you can have fun with friends in the evenings) in the north.? The hotel is designed to be a detached, tranquil courtyard of traditional Chinese style. There are altogether more than 160 guestrooms in four types tailored for different customers. In the courtyard some cultural relics such as Princess Hejia’s mansion of Qianlong Period (of Qing Dynasty) and an old building of Peking Imperial University (also known as the building for Mathematics Department of Peking University) are well kept.
