Opulence Mansion is a unique Gold Coast estate located on over two manicured garden acres in the prestigious rural suburb of Tallai only 10 minutes from Broadbeach. The property features the grand mansion home, two bedroom apartment, manager apartment, the Frog and Toad bar, sparkling resort swimming pool, tennis court, children’s playground and more. The two storey grand mansion can be booked individually per room with a minimum of one person or book out the whole mansion. The mansion has five king size bedrooms, four with ensuites and walk in robes, which sleeps up to 17 people. It has a gourmet kitchen, dining, laundry, theatre lounge room and large open plan lounge opening onto the outdoor pool area. Bed 1 Honeymoon suite Downstairs master honeymoon suite bedroom has beautiful four poster king size bed, lounge area, extravagant ensuite with spa bath. Huge walk in robe. Can sleep 2 people. Bed 2 balcony view overlooking pool Upstairs queen size bed, walk in robe, ensuite, beauitful large private balcony overlooking pool, fold-out sofa bed sleeps four people. Bed 3 standard room with ensuite Upstairs queen size bed plus single bed plus ensuite plus walk in robe, sleeps three people. Bed 4 standard family room with ensuite Upstairs queen bed plus double bed bunk single on top plus ensuite, plus walk in robe, sleeps five people. Bed 5 childrens room Downstairs queen bed plus single bunk bed, sleeps four people. Beautiful Boori wooden baby cot available upon request. This property is truly amazing with beautiful furnishings, plasmas in theatre lounge and bar, TV and DVD in all bedrooms, freshly laundered linen, huge kitchen the list goes on and on. From Brisbane drive south along the M1 Pacific Motorway you need to get off at exit 77. Gooding Drive exit turn right at the roundabout go over bridge stright through next roundabout then left at lights onto Mudgeeraba Road. Turn right into Worongary Road then first left is Alawara Drive. Drive all the way to the end of the road until you come to the black iron gates at number 19. Drive and park in driveway.
