The Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong is approximately 35 minutes from Hong Kong International Airport on Lantau Island. We maintain a counter at the airport to help you upon arrival and departure. Visit the Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts Airport Counter in the Main Arrivals Hall, Counter B9, opposite Exit B. To arrange an airport pick-up, simply provide your flight name, flight number and estimated time of arrival when booking on-line, or contact the hotel directly by telephone: (852) 2721 2111 or email: reservations.ksl@shangri-la.com. Please make your booking at least two days in advance. Airport Pick-up service (one way journey to/ from the airport to Kowloon Shangri-La Hotel) Hotel Limousine: HKD$690 Minivan: HKD$790 Airport Express & Shuttle service The Airport Express train departs from the Main Arrivals Hall every 10 minutes to the Kowloon Station. The one-way trip, which takes approximately 20 minutes, costs HKD$90. A complimentary shuttle is available from Kowloon Station to the hotel. Taxi A one-way taxi journey from the airport to the hotel costs approximately HKD$380. Airport Bus Airport buses depart every hour for the one-hour journey and stop at several hotels in Kowloon. Valet parking is complimentary for the first three hours for restaurant guests during dinner. For restaurant guests during lunch, valet parking is complimentary for the first two hours. A charge of HK$60 per hour applies for the following hours for both. In-house guests can enjoy valet parking service for the first two hours at HK$120.
