An unusual design of 38 rooms, AAA rated 3.5 stars, all of which are all quiet private. It has an elegant bistro style licensed restaurant open Monday to Thursday which does room service. It has a swimming pool (summer), internet access, dial up and wireless broadband, and two free channels of first release movies. It has a wide variety of room types which include doubles, twins, triples, spa rooms and family rooms which can accommodate up to six people. It is a short walk to the train station, CBD, restaurants, hotels and bowling club, all within 300 metres. |

| Getting There |
Nearest International Airport is Melbourne approximately three hours drive away on Princes Highway. We are on Main St (Princes Highway) in the middle of town next to Kentucky Fried Chicken. We are 200 meters from the railway station which is in the street behind the property. |
| Parking |
There is ample car parking with ten extra car parks. This enables us to cope with trucks, vans, trailers, caravans and boats. With a rear exit to the property reversing and unhitching is not necessary in most cases. Buses and semi trailers and be parked immediately in front the property on both sides of the road. |
| Things To Do |
Bairnsdale is the Financial Hub for the area and is an ideal base to explore the Gippsland Lakes, Ninety Mile Beach, Mountain Wilderness, Ski Fields and Wineries. It is an outstanding area for fishing and boating. |
