River View Guest House is not for faint-hearted. You will wandering through a real Bangkok life, far from touristic place, but still in the heart of Bangkok. Our panoramic view from rooftop restaurant is breath-taking, and it worth a diamond hidden in the busy Chao Pray river. Close to historic and cultural Chaina Town, and quick access from Hualamphong Trian and MRT Station, and Marine Department pier for express boat. The China Town is about 10 minutes walk. There you can enjoy a variety of delicious Chinese food. From the new Suvarnabhumi Airport: 1. Taxi: Probably the best way to reach us. There are two ways to get taxi. First way is to contact via Taxi Counter on Arrivals Level 2, near entrance no. 3, 4 or 7, 8. Taxi fares is by the meter plus, around 330-370 Baht, which can break down into around 220-250 Baht for the meter, 50 Baht Airport Surcharge, and up to 65 Baht Express Way fee. If you choose to use the express way, it is to save the time and avoid the traffic. Second way is to catch it up quickly from Drop-Off area. Go to Departures area at level 4. 2. Airport Express Bus: The cheapest but slowest. Bus start from 5 am. until midnight. Contact Airport Express Counter at Level 1 near entrance 8. Take AE4 to final destination, Hualamphong train station then follow direction listed below. The bus costs 150 Baht per person Click here for more information. 3. Limosine Service: Most expensive but can be most effective because they tend to speak better English and has better network to find your hotel. Contact Limosine Service Counter at Arrivals level 2. Fixed price start from 500 Baht. From Hualamphong railway or MRT(Underground) station: 1. Take a taxi or tuk-tuk: The cost is around 35-50 Baht, depending on the traffic. 2. By Walk: It take about 10 minutes.Take our map with you. From Train Station, cross Rama Four Road to the opposite side or Bangkok Center Hotel. From MRT station, take Exit No.1 of Bangkok Center Hotel. Click here for MRT map. Walk across the small bridge over the canal, then turn left to Tri Mitr Road. You will see Wat Trai Mitr (Temple of Golden Buddha) on your right. At the end of the road, you will see the red Chinese Gateway, then turn left to Charuenkrung Road At the first intersection, turn right to Songvad Road, then turn left to Soi (means narrow road) Phanurangsri, which is the second Soi on the left. Follow the River View Guest House sign, turn left at the second Soi on your left again, and then turn right to the first Soi. You will see the Joesuekong Chinese temple on your left, then turn left, and brieftly turn right again. The River View Guest House is about 10 meters on your left. |
