The elegant Anchorage Guest House and self-contained apartment is AAA 4 Star rated and are nestled in peaceful, lush and attractive gardens in the town precinct just a short stroll to pristine Rockingham Beach and promenade, and a few minutes walk to the centre of town, cappuccino strip, restaurants, shops and tourist information centre. Tennis, church and bowls across the road. Our guests can relax outside in the garden and view our carp fish pond from the bridge, or on our second storey balcony overlooking the gardens. Enjoy the hustle of the town and beach and walk back to our whisper quiet location. We offer our guest-house guests relaxing and comfortable plush reverse-cycle air conditioned rooms, most with ensuite bathrooms, off road parking and a complimentary continental breakfast. (Full cooked breakfast $10 extra per person). We offer a choice of cereals, fruit salad, yoghurt, tea/coffee, orange juice, toast and jam etc. All rooms have reverse-cycle air conditioning, fridge, tea & coffee, new high definition TV & DVD (complimentary DVD’s and CD’s in guest lounge), hair dryer and internet points. Our sunny and inviting dining area is adjacent to the ‘guest only’ lounge and all areas have a lovely garden aspect. The elegant, comfortable guest house is situated in a secluded garden only 250m from our beautiful beach, jetty, restaurants, yacht club and cafes. Our sunny and inviting 'guest only lounge' and dining area has a winter fire and garden aspect. Our chic and comfortable SELF-CONTAINED APARTMENT is adjacent to the guest house has two bedrooms with private entrance and off-road parking and it has its own private balconies, secure gardens, and offers one queen and one twin bedroom. BRING ONLY FOOD AND CLOTHES, WE SUPPLY THE REST. We have the bus to the train and main shopping centre stop close to our door, and we are a few minutes drive to Shoalwater marine park and Stirling Naval base. |

By car from Perth take Kwinana Freeway south Exit at Anketell Road and turn left onto Rockingham Road (travel approx. 6km). Turn right into Wanliss Street - just before town (traffic lights). We are on the corner of Wanliss and Smythe Street. Our car park is on Smythe Street. From train - take Rockingham town bus outside station and drop off is in Wanliss Street a few metres from our door. |
