| Getting There |
Driving into Darwin follow the Stuart Highway until you are within the City Limits. Look on the left for Mitchell Street. Turn left onto Mitchell street and we are on the corner of Mitchell and McLachlan Streets. Our on-site Chinese Restaurant NOODLE HOUSE MITCHELL is situated on the corner of Mitchell and McLachlan Streets.Turn left into McLachlan Street and our Reception Entrance is on your left side . We are a 4 level building with exterior walkways and a grouping of Tropical Palms near the front entry. |
| Parking |
Limited complimentary under-cover on-site parking. When approaching from Mitchell Street driving into Darwin City turn left from Mitchell Street into McLachlan Street. Our Reception Entrance is located on McLachlan Street. Drive into the parking area from Mclachlan Street, the access driveway runs down the side of the building . Walk into the Poinciana Inn from the carpark.A corridor located in the centre of the Accommodation building runs straight through to Reception. Our staff will be available to assist with any further queries. |

Visit the NT Museum and Art Gallery to view Exhibits relating to our Cultural History and Animal Inhabitants including SweetHeart, an Infamous and very large Crocodile. Enjoy a Half Day Tour of Darwin noting that our largest shopping centre is a 20 minute bus ride from Darwin City. If you are looking for Tourist Souvenirs and Artefacts, Darwin City is the place to be. Only a five minute walk from the Poinciana Inn. Kakadu National Park, Litchfield Nature Reserve and Katherine Gorge are of course our most famous attractions and all are accessible from Darwin . Many alternative Day Tours are available .
