Christchurch Park is a unique 10 Unit Motel in Christchurch, New Zealand. All of this on a private 10 acre site only 5 minutes from Cathedral Square and the city centre, 10 minutes to QE11, 15 minutes to AMI Stadium for rugby and 20 minutes from Christchurch International Airport.

Our motel accommodation consists of 9 two-bedroom units that can sleep up to 6 people, each of identical design. The rooms have kitchenettes which feature hobs, microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle, crockery & cutlery. There is large living/dining areas and free laundry use. The rooms are clustered around a grassed courtyard that is private from the rest of the complex. A purpose built BBQ area within the courtyard is perfect for lazy evening meals. We also have a three bedroom House with full kitchen facilities and it’s own private garden with BBQ which can sleep up to 8 people.

Disabled rooms are available.

Many guests comment on how quiet our rooms are. All of our accommodation is set back from the road, therefore far from any street noise. We would welcome the opportunity to show you CHRISTCHURCH PARK - Simply the best location in Christchurch.

Getting There	We are at 250 Westminster St, which runs off Cranford St. Coming from the airport drive along Memorial Avenue, which joins on to Fendalton Road. Turn left into Glandovey Road. This becomes Heaton Street and then Innes Road. Follow Innes Road and turn right into Cranford Street. Turn left into Westminster Street. We are on the right hand side. Look for the signs saying Christchurch Park.
