Christchurch Park is a unique facility in New Zealand, combining a 10 Unit Motel Complex and a function/conference centre. All of this on a private 10 acre site only 10 minutes from Cathedral Square and the city centre, 10 minutes to QE11, 15 minutes to AMI Stadium for rugby and 20 minutes from Christchurch International Airport. Ideal for Family Groups or Sport or Sporting Teams and Groups or any Large gathering Our motel accommodation consists of 9 two-bedroom units that can sleep up to 6 people, each of identical design. The rooms have kitchenettes which feature hobs, microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle, crockery & cutlery. There is large living/dining areas and free laundry use. The rooms are clustered around a grassed courtyard that is private from the rest of the complex. A purpose built BBQ area within the courtyard is perfect for lazy evening meals. We also have a three bedroom House with full kitchen facilities and it’s own private garden with BBQ which can sleep up to 8 people. Disabled rooms are available. Many guests comment on how quiet our rooms are. All of our accommodation is set back from the road, therefore far from any street noise. Very large and spacious, full kitchen with oven, stove and microwave, large lounge room with separate dining area opening to a patio and private garden, air conditioning 1 King Size Bed and 4 Single Beds OR 6 Single Beds, plus two fold out sofa beds. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $20.00. Extra children $20.00. The room caters for a maximum of 8 adults, and a maximum of 6 children but cannot exceed 8 guests in total. We are at 250 Westminster St, which runs off Cranford St. Coming from the airport drive along Memorial Avenue, which joins on to Fendalton Road. Turn left into Glandovey Road. This becomes Heaton Street and then Innes Road. Follow Innes Road and turn right into Cranford Street. Turn left into Westminster Street. We are on the right hand side. Look for the signs saying Christchurch Park. |
