Gili Villas is an exclusive resort of 4 luxury villas on the beautiful tropical island of Gili Trawangan, Lombok. The island is famous for its excellent diving, and has no motorized transport making it the perfect escape. The elegantly furnished villas set in their own private gardens offer our guests the perfect place to relax in complete privacy. Designed to the highest quality, Gili villas are conveniently located just minutes away from the vibrant beachfront restaurants and the crystal clear waters of the Java Sea. Each private villa has 2 bedrooms with ensiute bathrooms, open plan living/dining/kitchen area, all set around a private swimming pool, they are peaceful and quiet, with a large walled garden and staff happy to cater for your every need. A private luxury hide away located in the heart of Trawangan bringing you complete privacy and seclusion making the perfect holiday. Facilities include, fully equipped kitchen, private swimming pool, Air conditioning,TV/DVD/Satelite, Hi-Fi, safety box, 24 hour security. The Gili Islands are a holiday destination, however if you need to do business while you´re visiting there is internet access in the villas, they are spacious, comfortable and quiet, making them suitable for a working environment while on holiday. |

| Getting There |
From Bali: Recommended: Fast boat, crossing time between 1 and 3 hours depending on departure point and company used. Approximate cost US$60 one way. For booking assistance and e-tickets contact Gili Villas. Flights: direct international flights from Singapore and Kuala Lumpar to Lombok, internal flights from Jakarta, Surabaya and several flights a day from Bali. Bali to Lombok, 20 minute flight, approximate cost US$40 one way. Airport pickup available, cost dependent on the number of passengers. Contact us for further information. All boats arrive on the beach in Gili Trawangan only a few hundred meters away from Gili Villas. If you have pre-booked an airport transfer or are arriving by fast boat our staff will meet you on the beach and take you to your villa for check in. If you are making your own way to the island let us know what time you will arrive and by what means and our staff will also meet you and take you to your villa. |
| Parking |
As there is no motorised transportation allowed on the Gili Islands, parking, pollution, and traffic are of no concern while you´re on the island. Local transportation is made on foot, by bicycle, or by Cidomo(horsecart). We provide bicycles to all villa guests that require them. Bikes can be used to circumnavigate the island which takes about an hour. |
| Things To Do |
Gili Trawangan is famous for its diving, whether you are qualified or not our professional dive center, Manta Dive, can introduce you to the magnificent underwater world surrounding the Gili Islands. If diving is a bit too adventurous then just try snorkeling from the beach. The Gilis are becoming known as the turtle capital of the world so the snorkeling is fantastic and you´ll see turtles on a daily basis. Other water sports include kayaking and wake boarding. Half and full day fishing trips can also be arranged. A day on the Lombok Kosaido 18 hole golf course is a real treat for golfers. Only 15 minutes from the villas, arrive at the 4th hole by speed boat where the staff will meet you in golf buggies and take you to the club house for registration. After all these activities there are also plenty of inactivities to enjoy at one of the numerous spas on the island, or you can relax in the privacy of your villa and have a massage by the pool. Other activities include surfing, horse riding, or simply cycling around the island and watching the sun set over Bali. Cultural and sightseeing day trips to Lombok are available. Waterfalls, monkey forest, traditional Sasak village tour, visit villages famous for traditional weaving, earthen ware, and other handicrafts. |
