Oceanview is 4½ star fully-self contained apartments with outdoor swimming pool and under cover car parking. An elevator serves most of the apartments. The self-contained apartments a spaciously laid out with modern decor, fully equipped kitchens and spacious balconies. The kitchen, dining living area is open plan. The first floor One bedroom apartments have a spacious balcony looking over the river estuary to the Ocean beyond. Also available on the property are the second floor apartments with private roof top terraces and out door hot tubs with a truly spectacular views. The Apartments are centrally located, the shopping centre is only 500 metres up the road, the RSL Club is next door and Woolworths is only 100 metres. There a many good quality restaurants close by. |

| Getting There |
Nambucca heads is situated half way between Sydney and Brisbane. The closest Air Port is Coffs Harbour about 40 minutes by road north of Nambucca Heads. There is a Northern Entrance and a Southern Entrance to the town centre and Oceanview Apartments are on that loop road that passes through the Nambucca Heads town area. The Apartments are 1.5 km from the Southern Entrance and about 4 km from the Northern entrance of the Highway about 500 m south of the Post Office. |

Nambucca Heads is renowned for its river, ocean and rainforest scenery and is a great pivotal point to the surrounding towns where short drives can be enjoyed. The Oceanview apartments are close to RSL Club, Bowls Club, local restaurants, Woolworths, river boat hire, tennis courts, Island Golf Course, River bank boardwalks. Take a walk through the Gordon Park Rainforest and Nature walk this is uniquely located in the midst of the residential area only 100 metres from the Oceanview apartments. Swim, surf and fish along the unspoilt beaches. At the Vee Wall - Breakwall entrance of the Nambucca River artistic endeavours (rock paintings) are encouraged and lovers, believers, families and visitors paint the rocks and return year after year to preserve their efforts. |
