The apartment sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. With great attention to furnishing details, it consists of a living room with a sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 gas hobs, electrical oven, a large fridge and freezer, washing machine), a bedroom with a king size bed and a spacious wardrobe, a bathroom in marble with a masonry shower. Independent heating. TV has satellite access, and the flat has independent floor heating. The apartment is located in Sestiere Cannaregio, a central but quiet area, with many shops and supermarkets, few minutes from the beautiful Chiesa dei Miracoli, between the Rialto Bridge and “Fondamenta Nuove” from where you can reach and discover the Lagoon’s islands Murano, Burano and Torcello. It is a lovely Venetian corner, far from tourists’ groups but nevertheless at 10 minutes’ walk from St. Mark’s square and Rialto Bridge. Unless otherwise provided, each quotation includes: the rental cost of the apartment, furnished and equipped with all needs for a short breaks rental period, the welcoming service between 03.00 p.m. and 07.00 p.m., the initial and final cleaning of the apartment, the bed and bath linen, the consumption of electricity, gas, water and heating. |

| Parking |
The only places to park the car in Venice is Piazzale Roma car park or Tronchetto car park. A cheapest solution is to park the car in Mestre, where it is possible to find good parking areas in front of the train station and then to take the bus or the train to Venice (about 10 minutes trip). |
| Things To Do |
The apartment Ca Stella is located in the historical centre of Venice, near the most interesting areas of the city. In few minutes it will be possible to reach San Mark's square or Rialto Bridge and its fish market, or taking the vaporetto boat, to reach in few minutes all the famous laguna island, Murano, Burano and Torcello. At the same time the apartment is out of the hustle and it will allow you to discover and enjoy the real Venice, just walking around the small "calli" and "campi" of Cannaregio and Castello areas. |
