Reasonably priced 2 star Hotel located in a lovely suburb 15 kms from the city and 15 kms from the airport. There are 101 smoking/non smoking rooms and 2 adapted room.

The hotel provides a self-serve breakfast for $7.00 p.p it includes Juice, tea, coffee, Hot chocolate,cereals,toast with butter and a variety of Jams. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there is one within walking distance and we have leaflets for various cusines.

All rooms are exactly the same in size with a Queen bed and single bed/bunk. Younger children and infants may share a parents room free of charge. We do not provide cots.

Getting There	We are 15 mins by car from Tullamarine and 45 mins from Avalon airports. The taxi costs approximately $22 from the Tullamarine airport depending on time of day and traffic. There is a train station(Gowerie) within 10 mins walking distance. Buses run every 20 minutes to the train station or down to the tram stop for the city.
Parking	We have a free open area car park for 80 cars.
Things To Do	There is a bus service every 20mins going to the shopping plaza and cinemas. A golfing range within 10 mins walk or a 18 hole golf course in craigeburne 20 mins drive. We are a train ride away from Melbourne central shopping plaza, the zoo and Victoria Market. we also have a local Market on weekends in walking distance. There is a D.F.O 20 mins away in Essendon.
