The hotel features a fully licensed Restaurant and Cocktail Lounge Bar. The Cooperage Restaurant offers a Modern Australian style menu incorporating influences from the Mudgee region and includes an extensive local wine selection.

Things To Do The Mudgee area is well known for its bountiful array of local produce, most particularly its honey and the many fine wineries, olive groves and fresh fruit and vegetables. The local arts and crafts industry has also blossomed and the area boasts a number of galleries and gift stores. For the heritage buffs there are some fine displays of heritage listed buildings dating back to the 1850's and for those who enjoy the outdoors, there are a number of national parks and nature reserves with walking tracks and picnic facilities.

Fishing and Water Sports: The nearby Burrendong and Windamere Dams are perfect for tranquil fishing
