The Travelway is a 29 unit motel, situated in the central business district of Port Pirie just two streets away from the main road in quiet surroundings. As a member of the Budget Motel Chain we are Quality assured with guaranteed tariffs. All rooms have ensuite, reverse cycle air conditioning, electric blankets, direct dial phones, remote control TV, tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, mini bar and off-road parking. With a fully licensed 80 seater restaurant catering for evening meals and breakfast with special event catering also available. Private pool with BBQ area, guest laundry, conference facilities, wheelchair access with assistance, DVD hire and all major credit cards accepted. Also available is a 3 bedroom cottage with lounge and kitchen plus garden and BBQ. Our refurbished 3 bedroom cottage is fully equipped to cater for up to 9 guests with seperate lounge and kitchen plus backyard and BBQ. Nestled among other country style homes in city centre. From Adelaide a 2-3 hour drive to Port Pirie, turn off Highway One drive 6kms to city centre. First left after McDonalds then second on the right. Opposite corner of John Pirie High School and Memorial Oval. If arriving by bus just turn left out of Station we are just up the road. Walking distance 5 minutes. If arriving by plane at our local airport please either call us for a free pick up or ring a taxi approx cost $15.00. |
