Watermark Holiday Studios are set in a quiet location just above Little Oneroa bay and beach - the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy beautiful Waiheke Island at any time of the year. Ideal for a romantic getaway. Enjoy the beautiful ever-changing sea and bush views from your terrace, your bed or your comfortable armchair.

A short, scenic stroll will reward you with Little Oneroa beach (approx. 300 metres away), Oneroa Beach and Village with all its shops, cafes, wine bars, restaurants, cinema, theatre and galleries.

Architecturally designed to a high specification, each of the three private, self-contained studios boasts a stylish, modern interior with native wood flooring, Italian porcelain tiles and honed basalt vanity units. Large sliding windows open out onto sunny north facing terraces and maximise the fabulous views, from sunrise to sunset, over Oneroa Bay, the Hauraki Gulf and Islands. the 'Studio' has a restricted view but larger en-suite

Equipped with King size bed or twin beds; Flatscreen TV; DVD/ CD player; radio; alarm; mirror de-mist; heated towel rails; kitchen area with microwave/convection oven; fridge and all utensils; BBQ for terrace; massage on site by prior arrangement; continental breakfast provisions available by prior arrangement; complimentary tea and coffee.

Watermark Holiday Studio is the ideal place to relax and recharge. Waiheke Island boasts glorious beaches, fabulous scenery, great wineries, talented artists, musicians and friendly, helpful locals. Transfers from the wharf can be arranged if requested. Wireless broadband internet access available.

Please be aware that these are self contained studios and therefore not serviced, unless by special request and at an additional charge.

Jo, the proprietor, is not always present on site, and reception is not permanently manned, but contact details are at reception and in the studios. Jo is very happy to help with advance recommendation and bookings for dining, tour, car hire, activities etc. Please email or phone with any queries or requests (you'll receive contact details with your booking confirmation).
