Helefterios Venicelos Airport (ATH): Approximate driving time to the Plaza Vouliagmeni Strand Hotel is 20 minutes and distance is 21 kilometres (12 miles). Driving directions from airport to hotel: Exit the airport and follow the signs to Glyfada. At the end of Koropi-Vari Ave you will get to Posidonos Ave.Turnright at the traffic light and take the opposite turn to the left onto Posidonos Ave. At the second traffic light, turn right and the hotel is only 200 meters from there. Either by taxi which will cost you approximately 15 Euro or by bus (changing bus in Glyfada) |

| Things To Do |
The little town of Vouliagmeni has everything you need. Restaurants, mini markets, ice cream parlous, cafes, bakery, pharmacy and banks. A little further away, but still within walking distance, is the Lake of Vouliagmeni. It is a spa opposite the rocky beach under a cave. A beautiful place to swim or have a drink in the evening. For swimming you can choose one of the beautiful beaches Vouliagmeni has. The most exclusive beach is the Astir beach. The nearest town is Glyfada. This is a very popular place for night out. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs. It's about 15 minute away by car. To go to Sounio (to visit the Poseidon’s temple) you can take the local orange bus from the main road. |
