Other beaches close by include Harrington, Crowdy Head, Manning Point, Hallidays Point and Diamond Beach. Taree has a BigW, KMart, Specialty Shops, Coles, and Woolworths. Taree has a Ten Pin Bowling alley, Movie house and clubs The Manning Valley region offers a diverse range of water sports, Cruise the beautiful Manning River on the "Island Explorer". Billabong Koala Breeding Centre only 35 minutes North of Motel. Pet a Koala and stroll through there lovely mini zoo. Tons of Fun is a Theme Park directed at the young and young at heart.
