The property is located on the beautiful Bowen foreshore offering ocean view or garden views approx 70m from the ocean. It has 46 rooms. 39 x 1 bedrooms with your choice of queen or twin beds, 3 x bedroom queen exec rooms and 7 interconnecting rooms. Rooms have separate ensuites, kitchenettes with microwaves, deep dish electric frying pans, crockery, cutlery, fridge/freezer and a large lounge living area. Air conditioning and 2 ceiling fans are in all rooms. 8 Austar channels are available, including Nickelodeon! Coin operated laundry facilities is available 24 hrs. We have interconnecting rooms for families; kids even get their own lounge room. We can easily cater for families travelling together or groups. We have wheelchair friendly rooms. Our Restaurant is open 7 nights per week. We can easily provide both meals and accommodation for private birthday parties, AGM's, christenings and family holidays. |

| Getting There |
Arriving into Bowen from the south on Don Street the road will vere right and become Leichhardt Street. Red Rooster will be on your left. Keep driving straight. Turn left on Dalrymple Street (blue Business Centre sign). From here we are the second block up on the right hand side. If you take the turn off to your right just after the rail crossing (Big Red Fruit Shop) continue along this road (Woodlands Road) as it will take you past Woolworths and then onto Herbert Street (main street in Bowen). Continue along this road to the very end and turn right onto Dalrymple Street. We are on the left hand side. If you enter Bowen from the North and take the second turn off. Turn Left at the T intersection (Bowen or Proserpine) and follow the first lot of directions. |

We have complimentary secure onsite off street parking. Plenty of room for cars, motorbikes, trucks, boats, jet skis, trailers and buses. |
