The new owners of Charlton Valley Resort have been in the hospitality industry for over 35 years and currently also own and operate The Kerang Valley Resort, a 31 room motel - 1 hour's drive away in Kerang, Victoria. ***Property is currently undergoing refurbishment*** Facilities available to the public will include: - Conference Centre - In-Ground Swimming Pool - Barbecue Facilities * - Tennis Court * - 9 Hole Mini-Golf Course * - Licensed Bistro - Playground * - Room Service (Breakfast & Dinner) - Fully computerized booking, check-in and accounting systems - Running RMS booking software and H&L Australia hospitality software - Plenty of on-site parking for coaches, trucks and boats * Under renovation. The Charlton Valley Resort was originally called the Charlton Motel and is currently undergoing refurbishment. While some renovations are continuing, our guest rooms have neen fully refurbished and we are currently taking bookings for Accommodation. |

On High Street (Caulder Highway), 1km south of the town centre next to the Mobil Service Station. Charlton is 254 km NW of Melbourne, approximately halfway to Mildura, and on the route to Broken Hill and Adelaide. |

| Things To Do |
Charlton has facilities providing golf, tennis, bowls, croquet and swimming. At the Traveler’s Rest, at the town centre, is a large picnic area, with an undercover BBQ and tables, a children's playground, and toilets. Charlton has a large harness racing venue, with up to 24 meetings scheduled per year, providing TAB facilities. The old "Rex" cinema screens the latest movies on Saturday and Tuesday evenings, as well as a matinee on Sunday afternoons. |
