Come and stay at our place this summer and swim with Moko, our resident dolphin on Waikanae Beach. One of our guests from Sweden said, "it was one of the best things I did." Otherwise enjoy us because we are small and intimate, quiet and authentic. Settle down and relax in one of our 9 ground floor units. We have six generous one bedroom units which are fantastic for families, sporting groups or for couples who want to stay awhile. These units have full cooking, separate shower and toilet area with two accesses – one from the bedroom and one from the kitchen so there is no disturbance to bedroom occupants. A private garden off the dinning area provides plenty of room for a family BBQ or a sports team gathering or maybe you’ve had a frantic day out and just want to unwind with a glass of wine and a great book. For the discerning traveller be it business or pleasure, we have three studio units furnished specifically for your comfort. Super king beds or twin share to ensure a great nights sleep, flat screen TV with Sky for entertainment and full cooking facilities to prepare that home cooked meal. Even the shower will delight giving you a grand start to the day All units are smoke-free, have their own parking available right outside the unit and even if you have to park your boat, bus or a large trailer, we have the space. So … if you’re coming our way and you want a Calm ambiance, Comfortable accommodation and Close proximity to everything in Gisborne, then stay with us. |

Come and swim with Moko the resident dolphin at Waikanae Beach. Be in before the xmas rush and pay our winter rates for that sizzling summer weekend away in one of our garden units. Full cooking, private garden off the dining area. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $15.00. Extra children $10.00. The room caters for a maximum of 5 adults, and a maximum of 3 children but cannot exceed 5 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

| Getting There |
If you’re coming our way, you can find us easily. Find the clock tower that stands majestically on Gladstone Road. That’s the main arterial road into and out of town. If you’re coming from Auckland or the Hawks bay, turn right at the round about after the clock tower. If you’re coming from the East Coast, turn left at the round about before the clock tower. Come along Grey Street until you almost hit the sand. Salisbury road is on you right and we are about half way down on your right. We look forward to seeing you. |

Each unit has their own parking space available directly outside the unit. We have enough car park space for your boat, bus or a large trailer. If you need extra parking space, please contact us directly and we will try and accommodate you. |
| Things To Do |
Sunshine and water is what we have plenty of which makes our unique position across the road from the beautiful Waikanae Beach, a good choice. If you want more water then the Olympic pools is only 200 meters away and if you still want more water, then take a stroll along the beach to the shortest river in the world “The Turanganui-a-kiwa” Take full advantage of local restaurants and food outlets, the RSA and Cosmo politician Club, sporting facilities and the city center. All are just a stone’s throw away. Or, you might want to venture out to the country to the rock slide, Rere falls or the Eastwood Arboretum. Visit the many garden attractions or partake of some excellent bush ,farm and wilderness walks. After you're tried fly-fishing from some of the best rivers in New Zealand, kick back at our award winning wineries. Nothing is too far away in Gisborne. |
