Hof Gorei Beach Resort Is a boutique resort granted by the Department of Tourism as "AA" Accreditation LOCATION Located in Samal Island a group of Islands in the heart of Davao Gulf. Physically unattached to mainland Mindanao. Samal Island is a heavan to those seeking solace in an unspoiled but natural ambiance and to those who are in quest for great adventure and extreme challenges with nature, its white pristine beaches and diverse natural attractions combine with the warmth and hospitality of its people spell out its potential to be a world-class eco tourism destination in the Southern Philippines. Which stretch out of over 116 kilometers of continuous coastline and a total land area of 30,130 hectares. Samal Island is endowed with an extensive mountain range at the eastern coast, a number of isolated hills and an uneven distribution of lowlands. ACCOMMODATION Deluxe Accommodation with 14 guestrooms and suite. There are five (5) color theme beach front bungalows with its own private terrace, four (4) guestrooms & suites at the Gorei Guest House one (1) ocean view room, two (2) hillside view room and one (1) Junior suite. Three (3) Hillside Round Huts at the hillside area of the resort with an advantage view of the resort coastal and neighboring island. One (1) buddy house for a group of 10 persons and one (1) leaning hut a non-air conditioned room. All guestrooms are designed with rustic native touch. FOOD & BEVERAGE The Gorei restaurant features gastronomic Filipino and International cuisine with fresh seafoods as specialties. Enjoy cocktails at the Sepp Bar and feel the warm sea breeze from the sea or at the Al fresco terrace with fantastic view of the gulf, the coastal, scenic beauty of the Philippines highest peak magnificent Mount Apo and the beautiful sunset as the last glimpse of lightly embrace the island’s vegetations and seas. The Davao International Airport welcomes guests with modernized airport facilities. From the airport, guests are transported to Sta. Ana Wharf where guests will board the boat, approximately 50 minutes to Samal Island where Hof Gorei Beach Resort nestled. There are three (3) trips to and from Hof Gorei Beach Resort daily. Special boat transfer can also be arranged. |

| Getting There |
From Manila, three (3) major airlines fly daily which takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. From Singapore, two (2) international airlines fly daily which takes approximately 3 hours-45 minutes. The Davao International Airport welcomes guests with modernized airport facilities. From the airport, guests are transported to Sta. Ana Wharf where guests will board the boat, approximately 50-minute boat ride to Samal Island the home of Hof Gorei Beach Resort. There are three (3) trips to and from Hof Gorei Beach Resort daily. Special boat transfer can also be arranged. Boat Transfer Boat transfer take approximately one hour. The regular boat transfer schedule is as follows: From Davao Sta. Ana Jetty to Resort (ETD 0800H/1100H/1430H). From Resort to Davao Sta. Ana Jetty (ETD 0900H/1300H). Davao Sta. Ana Jetty located at Sta. Ana, right beside Davao Magsaysay Park, Davao City. |
