Washingborough Hall Hotel is one of Lincolnshire’s hidden treasures. A beautiful Grade II listed, late Georgian Manor House located in the peaceful village of Washingborough, just 3 miles from the centre of the historic City of Lincoln. The hotel is over three hundred years old, and has retained its grandiose appearance and ambience, yet the hotel still caters for the requirements of today’s modern guest. Washingborough Hall Hotel is privately owned and managed, is situated in private, secluded grounds extending to approximately 3 acres. Whether your intended stay is for business or pleasure, the Hotel is in an excellent central location for visiting the historic county of Lincolnshire. The hotel has twelve individually styled and furnished bedrooms, including two four-poster bedrooms. All varying in shape and size, from standard doubles to executive and four-posters, some of which have a spa bath. All of the bedrooms have all modern facilities that guests would expect from a hotel of this calibre. The Dining Room Restaurant is only a short distance from the hustle and bustle of Lincoln City Centre; the fortunate diner can escape into the tranquil oasis of a quintessential English country house to enjoy a culinary treat created by the Head Chef. The highest quality fresh produce is used in a Modern European style A La Carte menu complemented by a carefully selected wine list. The hotel are proud members of Taste of Lincolnshire, and whenever possible supplies are sourced from producers within the county. Located just 3 miles from Lincoln and set within beautiful and secluded grounds with its own private entrance to the village church, Washingborough Hall is the perfect setting for your wedding. The venue is a quintessential English Country House dating back to the early 1700’s and can currently cater for up to 50 for a Wedding Breakfast and an additional thirty guests for the evening reception. Pets are welcome at the Hotel, with a charge of £10 per pet applicable. |

From Lincoln City Centre, go down Broadgate (a dual-carriageway) and over Pelham Bridge. Take the B1188 towards Branston, turn left at the traffic lights by the cemetery onto the B1190 to Washingborough. At the first mini-roundabout turn right onto Church Hill and Washingborough Hall is 400 metres up the hill on the left hand side. |
