Barcoo's Barn Farmstay offers 2 separate units. Our HILLVIEW UNIT is perfect for a couple or a small family, with a queen bedroom, separate sitting room with LCD TV, M/w, fridge, kettle & toaster, private 3 way bathroom, private entrance and it's own outdoor living/BBQ (gas) area with peaceful rural views. Your tariff includes continental breakfast supplies plus our farm fresh eggs. The BARN UNIT has sleeping for up to 9 in 2 bedrooms,Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 a double & 5 singles. Kitchen facilities include M/W, fridge, kettle, toaster, hotplates & mini oven, this opens onto a large covered outdoor BBQ (gas) area overlooking the beautiful Vale Ck Valley & Perthville. Our farm has sheep, cattle, 2 alpacas, working dogs, chickens and our awesome Clydesdale horses, horse drawn wagon rides, sled rides & led pony rides are available by arrangement. Bathurst is Australia's oldest inland city and has some beautiful historic buildings, the famous V8 1000 car race is held at Mt Panorama and you can drive around this spectacular race track. Visit the Car Racing Museum, award winning Mineral & Fossil Museum, Abercrombie Caves, historic gold mining villages, boutique winery's & beautiful countryside. Smoking permitted outside Units. |

Barn Unit
Unit with king bed (can be divided to 2 king singles) in bedroom 1. Bedroom 2 has a double, 3 singles & 2 rollaway singles in a large room with lounge & video. Equipped kitchette/sitting room with LCD TV, DVD, radio/cd player. Large verandah, gas BBQ Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $30.00. Extra children $30.00. The room caters for a maximum of 9 adults, and a maximum of 8 children but cannot exceed 9 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

Our Hillview Unit has two bedrooms, A Queen & 2nd bedroom has 4 single beds.It has a private entrance into its sitting room with M/w, fridge, LCD TV & peaceful private rural views.A 3 way bathroom with bathtub. BBQ & outdoor dinning area. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $30.00. Extra children $20.00. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 4 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total. Available bedding configurations:

From Bathurst Railway station continue west along Havannah St to Rocket St. Turn left over railway bridge, turn right at T intersection. Continues straight ahead to Perthville. Continue straight ahead over railway line for 500M Sign on right, "Barcoo's Barn" opposite the hayshed. |
