Fingal Bay Holiday Centre is located closer to a patrolled surf beach than any other accommodation in Port Stephens.The centre consists of 60-two bedroom units. We are located directly across the road from the Fingal Bay Surf Club. The beach is patrolled everyday during the warmer months (October to April). All of our units have new reverse-cycle air conditioners and are self contained. The units are fully furnished with large fridge, stove, microwave oven, DVD Player and TV. The unit is fully equiped for up to 6 people. There are laundry facilities on-site along with 5 gas BBQs and picnic settings located thoughout the Centre. There is pleanty of room for the kids to play and we have a kids playground located near our main BBQ area. There are pleanty of activities in Fingal Bay. Of-course the main attraction is the beach but there is a bike track directly across the road that takes you all the way to Nelson Bay. We are surrounded by Tomaree National Park which is full of fantastic walking and mountain bike riding tracks and wildlife. For the less active people there is a fantastic Sports and Recreation Club just up the road that is very family friendly and serve sensational meals. |

| Getting There |
Port Stephens is the Blue Water Paradise of New South Wales mid-north coast. Just a 21/2 hour drive north of Sydney via the Newcastle Freeway will put you into the heart of Port Stephens, a holiday playground with something to offer everyone. How to get here: From Sydney: 220 kilometres, 2.5 hours drive north from Sydney via the F3 Freeway. From Newcastle: 50 kilometres, 45 minutes drive north from Newcastle. Air: Flights are available daily to Newcastle Airport, Williamtown (25 minutes drive to Port Stephens) from Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney, Coolangatta Hire Cars: Available from Newcastle Airport and Nelson Bay. Train: Trains are available to Newcastle Station. Buses connect with the trains for transfers to Port Stephens. Coach: A coach service departs Eddy Ave, Central Station Sydney daily at 2.00pm for Port Stephens. This departs Port Stephens for Sydney at 9.00am daily. |
