Each villa has two bedrooms, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, separate laundry, and spacious open style living areas leading to the outdoor deck. Contemporary design, modern facilities and elegant décor, everything you need is at your fingertips. Each villa has two spacious bedrooms, sleeping up to five guests. The features include: fully equipped gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and gas cook top electric oven and European appliances, ambient lighting to create the perfect atmosphere, LCD High Definition Flat screen TV and DVD and MP3 dock, air conditioned cool in summer, warm in winter, fully screened with ceiling fans in all rooms. Separate laundry with washing machine, dryer and iron and heavenly beds with soft pillows, crispy clean cotton linen and soft towels, undercover parking for one vehicle. Onsite facilities include: saltwater pool, children’s playground and games room Please note that there is no smoking permitted inside the villas and no pets due to the nature reserve. Beaches of Byron is directy opposite the Byron Bay Golf Course, just 5 minutes drive South from the heart of Byron Bay. We are approximately 2 hours drive south of Brisbane, 1 ½ hours from Surfers Paradise, 45min south of Gold Coast/Coolangatta Airport and 25 mins north of Ballina airport and 10 hours north of Sydney. |

| Things To Do |
Beaches Of Byron is just 5 mins drive North to central Byron and 3 mins drive South to Suffolk Park with newly renovated Pub, restaurants and IGA. Lennox Head beaches and lake are 15 mins drive South. Julien Rocks just off Byron Bay main beach is a one of the best dive spots in the world, snorkeling trips to the rocks are also available. Kayak with the dolphins, sail, swim or surf. Watch the whales from May to November. Take in the stunning views from the Lighthouse at Australia's most Easterly Point. Explore the hinterland, walk in the rainforest, swim in a waterfall, have a round of golf, go hot air ballooning or hang gliding. |
