Our hotel has been restored and re-opened in 2003/2004 it is completely new. It is located in one of the most elegant and quite areas of Venice Accademia/Dorsoduro near the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, just 100 meters from the local waterbus stop of Salute located in front S.Mark Square. Our 12 rooms, all no smoking with a 17th century beamed ceiling, are equipped with all comforts: PRIVATE BATHROOMS, tv, air conditioning , minibar and safe, hairdryer. 2 rooms are with canal view. |

Just 100 meters from the local waterbus stop of Salute located in front S.Mark Square. from the Marco Polo airport: - Take the water-shuttlebus ALILAGUNA blu line cost 12 euro- from the airport direct to St. Mark's (there is a bus which will take you to the embarking area)-from there you take the nearby waterbus (vaporetto) n.1 cost 6,5 euro- to the SALUTE (just cross the Grand Canal)There you cross the first wood bridge ( ponte dell'abbazia ) to your right and about 90mt.s away you'll find the Hotel on your left. - ALILAGUNA red line go down at last stop Zattere turn on the right across 3 bridges turn on the right follow the canal Rio della Fornasa in the end Ca' Zose yellow building -You can take a water-taxi directly to the Hotel (canal rio de la fornasa near canal grande- it's more expensive cost -95/100 euro) - You can take the normal shuttle bus ATVO BLUE to PIAZZALE ROMA from there you get on the n.1 vaporetto -6,5 euro- to the SALUTE stop ( the stop n. 14 ) .From here you take the first little on wood bridge ( ponte dell'abbazia ) to the right.Go straight on for 100mt.s, you'll find the Hotel on your left If you arrive by car - we suggest parking in the garages where you can also book your place online or at the TRONCHETTO car park from where you take the vaporetto n. 2 and get off at the ZATTERE Stop , from here you go too your right and cross 3 bridges then turn left onto the Fondamenta Ca' Balà, at the end of the FONDAMENTA Ca' Balà you'll see the hotel on your right From the train station: - take the vaporetto n1. (actv) (to your right at exit) get off at the SALUTE stop ( the stop n. 13 ) . >From here you take the first little bridge on wood ( ponte dell'abbazia ) to the right.Go straight on for 100mt.s, you'll find the Hotel on your left.
