Grand Ballroom Conveniently located on the 2nd floor, this contemporary styled and technologically advanced venue has a capacity of up to 850 guests. The pillarless Grand Ballroom may be reached either by a grand staircase or escalator. It can be divided into 3 sections which can be used for multiple purposes from weddings to business launches. With a reception foyer and beautiful natural daylight, this is one of Huaqiao/Kunshan's most adaptable venues for large events. Wireless HSIA. Easy access for event setup (cars, equipment etc). 2. Ballroom Customize your event at the pillarless Ballroom. It is located on the lobby floor and can accommodate between 120 and 300 people for a variety of events. With its floor-to-ceiling glass windows, guests will appreciate the natural daylight it provides. It can also be divided into 2 sections. Jasmine Room The Jasmine Room, which can cater up to 160 delegates, is one of the well-equipped meeting rooms for conferences or banquets at the Doubletree by Hilton Huaqiao/Kunshan. It can be divided into 2 sections with various layouts to suit your needs. Hibiscus Room The Hibiscus Room is naturally lit through large floor-to-ceiling glass windows and complemented with an inbuilt modern audio-visual system and high-speed internet access. Easy access to both international airports in Shanghai, both Shanghai and Kunshan city centers and their surrounding attractions. From West Option 1: Follow Wu Ning Road to Shanghai-Nanjing (Hu Ning) Expressway A11 heading towards Nanjing. Leave the expressway through “Huaqiao„1¤7 exit, turn right to National Highway 312, heading towards Anting Town. Turn right to Zhao Feng road. Hotel is on the west side of Zhao Feng Road. Option 2: Follow Wu Ning Road to National Highway 312 heading towards Suzhou, then pass An Ting Toll Station. Turn left to Zhao Feng Road. Hotel is on the west side of Zhao Feng Road. From East Follow Chao Yang Road heading east. Pass the circular road intersection, then take Lu Feng Road heading towards Anting Town.
