Based on nature tourism Kookaburra Cottage Farmstay offers city folk a taste of country life with all of the comforts of home. Our property is 15 mins to Nelson Bay and 7 minutes to the Stockton Sand Dunes and Anna Bay. Guests are guaranteed a genuine country farm experience with daily afternoon farm activities including collecting eggs, milking the cow, tractor ride and feeding many friendly farm animals. We have a variety of accommodation consisting of Kookaburra Cottage which is the original 3 bedroom federation farmhouse, 2 western red cedar cottages with wood fires and spas and 4 new deluxe cabins with a central entertainment area. |

3 bedroom western red cedar cottage, large verandah, wood fire, large spa, fully self-contained, air conditioner, BBQ. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $30.00. Extra children $20.00. The room caters for a maximum of 8 adults, and a maximum of 7 children but cannot exceed 8 guests in total. Available bedding configurations:

| Getting There |
From Sydney travel along the F3 from Hornsby till the end and turn right at the roundabout. Follow the signs to Brisbane, Taree, Raymond Terrace and veer to the left to cross the large concrete bridge at Hexham approx 5 kms. Follow Pacific Highway for approx 10km and take the exit to Nelson Bay on the left. Travel along Richardson Road to the roundabout at the T intersection and turn left toward Nelson Bay on Nelson Bay Road. Travel through the next small roundabout and the turn into Marsh Road is the next left. Enter the farm at 564 Marsh Road. |
