CLV smart stays Sydney North is an ideal venue for group and short stay accommodation. The property is set amongst tranquil landscaping and boasts a beautiful lake that is complimented by modern architecture designs for our guests to enjoy.

CLV smart stays Sydney North has 894 rooms over 9 hectares. There are 2 different apartment types available from the 15th December 2009 – 8th February 2010.

Reception is open 9:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Sun. After hours Resident Assistants & security are available.

Macquarie University (U@MQ) Sport and Aquatic Centre is directly across the road. Check out their site for a full list of facilities @ www.uatmq.com.au. It's only a 10 min walk to Macquarie Centre, which has an ice rink, movie cinema and shopping complex.

Business Facilities

The Village Resource Centre is located within the Administration Building and offers several computers for guests to use at an additional cost. Printing, photocopying and fax facilities are also available from Reception at an additional cost. The Resource Centre is accessible 24 hours a day to all Village guests using your UCard™.

Check In Instructions	Go to Reception in the Administration building between 9.00am & 5.00pm, Mon-Sun. After hours, press the green button at the entrance for assistance. A security deposit (minimum $100.00) is required from either a VISA or Mastercard (only) on check in.

Getting There	CLV smart stays Sydney North is at Macquarie University Village which is located just over the road from the main campus at Macquarie University, on the corner of Culloden and Waterloo Road.
Parking	Free parking is available, one vehicle per apartment. A parking permit can be obtained from reception that is to be displayed on the dash of your car. Please proceed with caution and watch for pedestrians when driving on the property.
Things To Do	You can utilise the new Macquarie University Sport and Aquatic Centre just across the road at an additional cost. Only a 10 minute walk to the Macquarie Centre, which with it's own ice rink, movie cinema and a shopping centre which has an abundance of retail outlets catering for those in need of a shopping spree!
