Our Studio rooms offer panoramic Ocean and Island Views across Encounter Bay & beyond. With spa baths, modern stylish decor, plasma TVs, DVD, leather lounge suites, kitchenettes & reverse cycle air conditioning. Our 3 bedroom Apartments offer breathtaking views from the large front balcony, lounge & dinning areas as well as the main bedroom! Our motel suites offer comfort with modern features, including ensuite, colour TV, DVD, reverse cycle air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities. Each room at the establishment has its own individual decor and style making Bluff View Accommodation a unique experience for all that visit. We also offer 2 ground floor disability friendly rooms, these rooms still have all the great features of our upper level studios, including the Stunning Views, Spa Bath and modern features, however simply have no stairs to access them as well as larger bathrooms, hand rails in the toilet, shower and bath as well as a shower chair. |

Travel along Franklin Parade until you reach the establishment, continue past the restaurant of the Whalers Inn Resort, until you reach the entrance to the Accommodation directed by a large blue and white sign labelled with "Accommodation Reception" (This is the turn right before the turn off to "The Bluff") |

Onsite is a large solar heated swimming pool for all in house guests to use, as well as a BBQ area and guest laundry facility. In our area we have attractions such as the Historic horse drawn tramway, Urimbirra Wildlife Park, Greenhills Adventure Park, Little Penguins, boat cruises,great fishing, Whale Watching in season, walking trails, surfing, bike trails, restaurants, shops and cafes. |
