AAA accredited International 3.5 Star Motel located right next door to Labrador's most popular restaurants and only a heartbeat away from the amazing Broadwater. Public transport is at your front door to take you anywhere on the Gold Coast including all major Theme Parks. We are less than 2km to Australia Fair and Harbour Town, Gold Coast's most popular shopping centres and only 6km north from the heart of Surfers Paradise. All our rooms offer a NON-SMOKING environment!

Booking conditions: A credit card authorisation of $150 or a $150 cash surety/deposit will be required on check-in to cover incidentals. Incidentals are settled on check-out, unused cash surety is refunded upon departure of the motel.

Getting There The Broadwater Motel is located at 101 Frank Street (Gold Coast Highway), opposite Hunter Avenue, Labrador.

From:
- Coolangatta Airport north 21km, 30 minutes by taxi/car.
- Brisbane International Airport south 80km, 60 minutes by taxi/car.
- Coach service operates from Brisbane and Coolangatta airports to the motel.
- Train service operates from Brisbane International Airport to Helensvale Train Station. Connecting bus available.

* Travelling from the north, use EXIT 62 off M1 (start of Gold Coast Highway) at the Broadwater turn right towards Southport/Surfers Paradise, Broadwater Motel - approx 1km on left.

* Travelling from the south, proceed along Gold Coast Highway past Australia Fair Shopping Centre for approx 2km - Broadwater Motel on right.
Parking FREE onsite parking. One space per suite.
