The Alpine Garden is a modern 9 unit complex of alpine design. The complex is nestled in a large, quiet and tranquil garden setting only a 3 minute stroll to the award winning Thermal pools and the Alpine Village centre cafes. As the property is situated on the edge of a plateau, we can boast being in Hanmer's sunniest position and having the best views of the surrounding mountains and beautiful countryside. The stunning vistas can be absorbed from the privacy of your own veranda and the evening sunsets can be magical. All the units are on the ground floor, airy and spacious. They are fully self contained with cooking facilities making each one feel like a small apartment. We are Qualmark 4 star graded and offer facilities that you would expect, such as DVD's and Video players in all units. |

A 2 bedroom unit with separate sitting room. This unit has full cooking facilites and stunning views from the private unit veranda. A queen bed in one bedroom, 2 single beds in the other bedroom and a double sofa bed in the sitting room. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $20.00. Extra children $20.00. The room caters for a maximum of 5 adults, and a maximum of 4 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

| Getting There |
From SH7 turn into SH7a at the Hanmer Springs turn off. Follow the road for approximately 9kms into the village. There is only one main road in and out of the village. Upon arrival into the village, the road starts to climb. As it flattens out, the Kakapo Youth Hostel is on the left had side. Leamington Street is directly opposite of to the youth hotel and the motel entrance is on the right hand side. |
