Arcadian Motel offers accommodation situated in a quiet residential area of Dunedin, only seven minutes drive from the city centre and on the route to the Otago Peninsula, (famous for its Albatross and Penguin colonies and Larnach Castle). We are also handily located for major Dunedin sporting venues (Carisbrook, Edgar Stadium, The Ice skating stadium, Westpac Bowls Stadium). The complex has a range of different sized units from studio units to a three bedroom flat. All units are at ground level providing easy access from generous parking facilities. The units are spacious and most have full kitchens. There is a guest laundry. Wireless broadband is also available (free). Our facilities cater for everyone from groups through to families and individual travellers. |

Two bedroom unit
This large unit has two bedrooms and a spacious living room. The main bedroom has a king (splitable) and a single bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. The living area includes a full kitchen, dining facilities, sofa chairs and an extra bed. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $17.00. Extra children $12.00. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 5 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total. Available bedding configurations:

| Getting There |
If travelling from the South turn right onto Andersons Bay road at the end of the Southern Motorway. Continue on this road. As it leaves the commercial area and moves into the residential area (Just past the BP petrol station) the road swings left around some high ground and changes its name to Musselburgh Rise. We are approximately 500 metres further on the left. From the North follow the one way road through town. At the end of the one way road follow the signage for Andersons Bay. It will take you onto Andersons Bay Road and on into Musselburgh Rise. The Shiel Hill bus from the Octagon passes our gate. |

We offer generous off-street parking outside your unit. There is also room for trailers or a second car. |
| Things To Do |
Rich in heritage, this is reflected in such things as Larnach Castle, Olveston house, the Taieri Gorge Railway and many other stately buildings. The Otago Peninsular is rich in wild life with Albatross, Penguins, Seals etc. The City has some fine museums and art galleries. |
