Undine is a AAA Rated four and a half star, heritage listed Traditional Bed and Breakfast. Built in 1816 this splendid Georgian Mansion is older than Port Arthur, it has luxurious rooms and large cottage gardens. Operated and Owned by Tasmanian's who delight in sharing local knowledge and history. Undine has 5 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, television with dvd players, standard definition digital reception, and queen size beds. Two rooms also have additional single beds and our family room can sleep up to 5. Rooms booked on this site are serviced every 2nd Day. Enjoy complimentary port & chocolates in your room after a long day sight seeing. At Undine breakfast is always included and we give you the choice when you book, an "indulgent cooked country breakfast" is cooked indvidually for you, or help yourself to a hearty continental from the dresser, both are served in the breakfast room between 8.00 and 9.00am. If you have an early start just let us know and we can organise a breakfast bag to take with you. Indulge in a game of billiard or eight ball in the games room open daily till 9.30pm. 31 deg. Salt Water Hydrotherapy Pool is available to house guests Monday to Friday between 5.30-6.30pm & Saturday & Sunday from 6.00pm till 8.00pm other times by arrangement. Your hosts Rocco & Tricia live on site and spare no effort in welcoming you to their home and creating a warm, hospitable atmosphere. We take special interest in assisting with touring and historical information. A warm home away from home, this hertitage property is located on the northern gateway to Hobart, ten minutes drive from the Hobart CBD. Roam around our country style garden with huge Lemon tree, fish pond, childrens playground and basketball area. |

| Getting There |
From Hobart follow Highway 1 to the north. Dodson St. on the left opens directly off Highway 1 (Brooker Highway) 10 km north of GPO Hobart. Watch for green and white "Dodson St. Junction" advance warning signs and Blue and gold "Undine B&B" sign. Approaching Hobart from the north on Highway One, Look for advance warning signs for "Dodson St 700M" and turn right once inside 80 km/h speed zone. Use the telephone number on your booking confirmation email if you need help with getting here. |

Off street Open air parking is provided and it is free. NON SMOKING Smoking is not permitted inside Undine Colonial Accommodation. Any guest found in breach of the non smoking policy may be charged additional cleaning fees ($200minimum charge) and loss of revenue compensation. Guests who fail to comply with the non smoking policy may be requested to vacate their room and the premises and forfeit any deposits made with the Bed and Breakfast |
