Our motel has a relaxing atmosphere, located only two minutes from the centre of the town and a two minute walk from the train station. We have 42 ensuite rooms and 23 double back packing rooms. We have a brand new laundry facility for every ones use also a large shared kitchen for people travelling together who would like to relax and cook themselves a meal. Our rooms are refreshed everyday for those who stay for more than one night. A large share kitchen for people travelling who would like to cook for themselves with a lounge area also available. A great opportunity to catch up with fellow travellers and discuss your adventures. |

| Getting There |
All travellers from burnie will see our motel on the main highway into Queenstown, travellers from Hobart cross the bridge on the main highway and stop thirty metres up the road. Our signage is big and clear it is hard to pass without noticing. All travellers by bus usually depart the bus at the top end of the main street, we are then a five minute walk away by going to the other end of the main street then turning right after walking past the miners siding you turn left and we are thirty metres up the road. |

All cars can be parked off road directly outside the room you will be staying in, for larger cars, buses, etc, we have large car park at rear of motel. |
| Things To Do |
We are only two minutes away from the West Coast Wilderness Railway, A short drive from Strahan where you can enjoy River cruises, four wheeler rides over the dunes. A jet boat ride, Scenic flights, or back in Queenstown where you could choose from either guided tours above ground or join Douggie on the underground mine tours. Or just sit and relax in our comfortable rooms and enjoy the scenery of our moon scaped hills. Also Queenstown is well known for our gravel oval which the Queenstown Crows play football a must see for a good conversation topic. |
