Getting There	The building is located at 15 Holland Street, it's the only new Grey, 8 storey building on the Street. The building is called Monvie.
Parking	Street parking is available, there is also allocated unsecure parking available at an additional cost of $15 per day to all guests.
Things To Do	Monvie Central offers such a fantastic location, making the tour around Wellington most enjoyable and nothing is too far, if a tourist, most would enjoy the walk to MT Victoria lookout or to Te Papa Museum, if on business, well there are much restaurants like Logan Brown to wine and dine in and if you are simply taking time out just wanting a change or scenery then you could enjoy the peaceful walk along the newly developed waterfront.
