Getting There	The building is located at 11-21 Holland Street, it's the only new Grey, 8 storey building on the Street. The building is called Monvie Apartments.
Parking	There is allocated unsecure parking available at an additional cost of $16 per day to all guests providing there is availability.
Things To Do	Monvie Central offers such a fantastic location, making the tour around Wellington most enjoyable and nothing is too far, if a tourist, most would enjoy the walk to MT Victoria lookout or to Te Papa Museum, if on business, well there are many restaurants like Logan Brown to wine and dine in and if you are simply taking time out just wanting a change of scenery then you could enjoy the peaceful walk along the newly developed waterfront.
