Our B&B is result of the refurbishment of an historical hotel opened at the beginning of the 20th century and now it is managed by a young couple with children. The B&B is located on the top of the eastern hill above Como Lake, inside an old park with an amazing view over the Alps and over the Lake Como. There are several possibilities for lake tours and trekking on the mountains to Bellagio. We offer to our guests a unique and romantic stay in comfortable double rooms with private bathrooms, some with lake view, some with park view and the terrace. All the rooms have minibar, safe, satellite TV, telephone with international calls and Wi-Fi Internet access. Some rooms are equipped with electric cooking facilities. The breakfast is served in a room with a wonderful lake view or in the terrace. Within only few steps from our B&B there are very good restaurant with both traditional Italian and local menus, and at only 100 meter you can reach the panoramic Volta's Lighthouse Tower with the unique view spacing from the Lombardy valley to the Alps and the Lake. A public car parking is available for our guests. |

We offer to our guests an unique and romantic stay in confortable double rooms with private bathrooms, some with lake view, some with park view and the terrace. | Getting There |
From Malpensa take the shuttle bus Malpensa-Como Lago or the train Malpensa Express to Saronno and then from Saronno take the train to Como Lago. From Linate take the bus to Milan centre and then the tube to Cadorna F.N.M railway station. From Cadorna F.N.M. take the train to Como Lago. The cable-car station is at 400 meters walking distance from Ferrovie Nord Como Lago train station and the main Como bus station (about 800 meters from the main Como Ferrovie dello Stato station). Take the cable-car from Como to Brunate. From the Brunate cable-car station walk for 20 minutes to San Maurizio or take the shuttle-bus Brunate-San Maurizio-CAO up to the bus stop “San Maurizio”. By Car: Arriving with the A9 motorway take the Como Sud or Como Nord exit, then follow the “Como centro” direction and then when you arrive at the Roman Tower wall you have to turn right and after 500 m. at the railway crossing go straigh on. After 5 Km once arrived in Brunate village you need to follow the main paved road to San Maurizio - Faro Voltiano direction. Lake Como is renowned for its exquisite villas, and probably the most famous one is Villa Carlotta, a perfect combination of luxurious interiors (beautiful stuccos, lovely ceiling frescoes and a great art collection, including an Eros and Psyche by Antonio Canova) and luxuriant exteriors (over 500 species of plants, trees and shrubs from all over the world). On the southern shore is Bellaggio, la perla del lago (the pearl of the lake), considered by many to be the most beautiful town in all of Europe.
