Opened on the 12th January, 2009 – Hotel M is a new 4 ½ star self catering property located on cosmopolitan Palmer Street dining precinct, an easy stroll from restaurants, cafes, city night life and Jupiters Casino. Hotel M Townsville features 11 floors of modern, fully self contained studio apartments complete with washers and dryers – which is ideal for the business and leisure traveller alike. The Metropole Hotel (located on site) is a true Queensland icon which has been reopened and offers conference rooms as well as dining facilities. Upon arrival at your selected property a Credit Card pre-authorisation will be required and will be used to cover incidental items including (but not limited to): mini bar, telephone calls, breakages/damages, excessive cleaning charges above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state, etc. Cash is not an acceptable form of bond when staying with Oaks Hotels & Resorts and a valid credit card must be presented upon arrival.
