We are a complex of seven, fully self-contained 2 Bedroom units with everything you will need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. All our units are north facing therefore most have views of the lake, town and the mountains beyond. Each have a glass sliding door to access your own private balcony/patio with outdoor setting. Shops, clubs and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The surf beach and lake are just 150 metres away. |

Spacious 2 Bedroom apartment with one bathroom and two toilets. Fully-equipped kitchen and private laundry with washing machine and dryer. Linen is included for main bedroom (queen) only. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $10.00. Extra children $5.00. The room caters for a maximum of 4 adults, and a maximum of 2 children but cannot exceed 4 guests in total. | Getting There |
If driving to Merimbula it is 7 hours from Melbourne, 6 hours from Sydney and 2½ hours from Canberra. If travelling south from Canberra or Sydney: The Princes Highway will lead you into Merimbula. You'll exit from teh Princes Highway onto Merimbula Drive. After about 5km turn right into Market Street, then left at Fishpen Road. Turn right into Calendo Court and Calendo Apartments will be on the left hand side of the road. If travelling from Melbourne: Go along the Monash Freeway to get onto the Princes Freeway. Continue along onto the Princes Highway. Coming into Pambula you will need to turn right at the roundabout onto Arthur Kaine Drive (towards Nerimbula). Follow this for about 5km onto Fishpen Road. Turn right into Calendo Court and Calendo Apartments will be on the left hand side of the road. Regional Express Airlines has services from both Melbounre and Sydney daily and several bus companies run services. |

Fabulous beaches, restaurants, fishing, surfing, bush walking all within easy access. Play golf or bowls at the four major clubs in the area, all within easy access. Take a whale watching cruise between September and November and see these amazing creatures in their natural environment. |
