Welcome to AAA Thames Court Motel. We are located within walking distance of Restaurants/Cafe's and Takeaways. A short drive to Little Blue & Yellow eyed Penguin Colonies and the Historic Precinct. Our recently renovated ground floor studio/one & two bedroom apartments have full kitchen facilities for the self catering traveller or Business person. Relax with a mixture of Sky, Trackside and Free to Air TV Channels, and Free Hotspot secure wireless internet. Cooked and Continental Breakfasts are available. If you don't feel like going out for a meal or cooking, get an evening meal delivered to your room from a very popular restaurant. Oamaru is 3 hours south of Christchurch, and 1 hour north of Dunedin. Oamaru is also the Gateway to the Waitaki and Southern Lakes District. Visit the Moeraki Boulders, 20 mins drive. Take a day trip up the Waitaki Valley, Mount Cook and the Lakes. Oamaru is a very popular centre South Island stopover. |
