City Lights is a brand new Boutique Bed & Breakfast set in 2 acres of grounds half way up Mount Ngongotaha in the city of Rotorua. Opened in December 2008, we are a purpose built Luxury Boutique B&B offering 3 beautiful en-suite rooms with sumptuous linens and drapes. With just 3 rooms we can offer a top class service as well as privacy. We have fantastic facilities including a guest lounge with computer station including FREE wireless broadband internet, real fire and heat pump/air conditioner. We can offer plenty of off road parking for trailers, boats etc. Garage parking can be arranged with the management if preferred. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with amenities, tea/coffee making facility, bottled water, walled mounted LCD TV with Sky, wall mounted CD/Radio, hairdryer, local art on walls (some for sale), bathrobes, thermostatically controlled heaters, double glazed windows. Other facilities include a gym, outdoor spa, and infrared sauna. Laundry also available (charges apply). All prices include breakfast!! We have been in the accommodation industry in Rotorua for over 4 years and welcome the chance to help you plan the most from your trip. Attractions and restaurant advice freely given and bookings can be made by your hosts on request at no charge. We have 4 Alpacas, Jelly the Jack Russell and Snowy the cat - all guest friendly. Child policy: we do not allow children under the age of 12 years in the B&B rooms (staying in the Tui Suite with adults). Business FacilitiesWe have free wireless high speed internet for those who bring laptops. Anyone without their own computer may have use of our guest computer station in the Guest Lounge with free internet access. The computer is loaded with details of all local attractions also. Our office is equipped with a fax machine which can be used at a nominal charge. |

| Getting There |
If coming into town on SH5 along Fairy Springs Road - take a right hand turn at the traffic lights into Clayton Road. Proceed along Clayton for approx 3 km and turn right into Mountain Road. Up the mountain for approx 1 km and you will see our sign on the left hand side. Turn in here and follow signs for City Lights. Free pick up from Rotorua Airport or the bus station is available subject to availability. |

Plenty of off street parking available at no charge. Garage parking also available by arrangement with the management. Ample space for trailers/boats etc please just inform beforehand so extra space can be allocated. |
| Things To Do |
There are numerous activities in and around Rotorua. Maori concerts, thermal wonderlands, adventure sports such as sky diving, bungy jumping, Zorb and Freefall Xtreme, cultural sites, the beautiful lakes and forestry for fishing/boating and mountain biking. Please see our guest computer for all websites and information required. The management will be more than happy to give advice and book any attractions and make dining reservations on your behalf. |
