The property and cottages offer the following features: self-contained luxury cottage style accommodation, in-room spa bath (in two cottages), wood fire, air conditioning, indoor solar heated salt water swimming pool, indoor heated spa and gymnasium. |

Self-contained one bedroom Valley View Studio Cottage. Fully self-contained with full kitchen facilities. Air conditioning, wood heater and in-room spa bath. All linen and towels supplied. Self-catering breakfast packs available at extra charge. Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $20.00. Extra children $20.00. The room caters for a maximum of 3 adults, and a maximum of 2 children but cannot exceed 3 guests in total. Available bedding configurations:

From Melbourne or Tullamarine/Avalon airports, follow Great Ocean Road signs through Geelong to the surfcoast. The main road to follow is the Princes Highway then onto Anglesea Road after Geelong. Bells Estate is on the Great Ocean Road at Bellbrae just past Torquay. |

We are in easy reach of a range of wineries and other Torquay and surf coast attractions. A great base to explore the Great Ocean Road. |
