At Spectrum we offer three sizes of apartment but all our apartments only have one standard, that being outstanding. All kitchen and bathroom surfaces are finished in cooler than cool high gloss pure white matching perfectly with the deep cream carpets. In addition we decided to go 'over budget' and fit each apartment living room with a 'white' state of the art, Samsung 40” LCD, flat screen TV with free view. The spacious living quarters display an elegance and understatement suited to the requirement of our international guests.
