Landing Cottage, is situated in the beautiful Bay of Islands. We offer luxurious accommodation for up to 6 Adults. We only take single-party bookings at all times. So if you have booked, a room, you will have entire use of the guest wing. Choose from our King-room, Queen room or Twin room. All suites are luxuriously furnished with quality linen. Guests have their own spacious lounge and private patio which overlooks an acre of lovely garden. A separate entrance ensures complete privacy. Landing Cottage is situated only 5mins from Kerikeri town centre, so you can take in historic sites and Kerikeri's many cafes and restaurants. We are opposite Waipapa Landing and boat jetty. If you have your own boat, we have room for your boat. Start your day with a sumptuous breakfast from our menu and we can help you with your cruise and sightseeing bookings. Elaine & Ian are dedicated in making your stay at Landing Cottage the highlight of your holiday. |

A spacious guest-wing comprising 3 separate rooms with King, Queen and Twin rooms, guest's private lounge, patio, and separate entrance. Our Single-Party booking policy gives complete privacy. Set in an acre of beautiful gardens. Full breakfast Rates are for 2 people. Extra adults $65.00. Extra children $40.00. The room caters for a maximum of 6 adults, and a maximum of 4 children but cannot exceed 6 guests in total. The following bedding is provided:

| Getting There |
There are flights from Auckland to Kerikeri. We offer a complimentary pick-up from the airport. By car go through Kerikeri town, enter the bypass on the left; at end of bypass turn right and then left at the roundabout into Landing Road. Landing Cottage is on the left just over the one-way bridge. |
